We are seeking an Office Clerk for the Covington, KY location. This position will provide support for all areas of the firm, and report directly to the Office Supervisor. This is a full-time position, and may include day-time and evening hours Monday-Friday.

JOB DUTIES

  • Sort and deliver mail and package.
  • Daily post office and bank runs.
  • Daily runs to local courthouses/Clerk offices for Boone, Kenton, Campbell, Hamilton counties.
  • Provide support for attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants.
  • Assist the Marketing Director and IT Director with projects.
  • Complete copy and binding requests in-house and through outside vendors.
  • Provide break coverage for reception desk, including answering calls and greeting clients.
  • Conference room and kitchen set-up, clean-up and restocking.
  • Monitor usage and maintain adequate levels of supplies.
  • Assist staff with catering orders and room setups for firm events and meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi- task.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
