Job description

Regency Plumbing & Piping, Inc. is hiring a full-time Plumbing Foreman to lead crews installing commercial plumbing systems. Bring your leadership and technical experience to a company that's been doing specialized commercial work since 1952 — and take ownership of quality projects with a clear path to grow.

Why Regency

  • Established in 1952 — a stable company with steady, year-round work
  • Specialized commercial work that builds real, marketable trade and leadership skills
  • Clear path to advance into higher-level project supervision
  • A supportive team where your leadership is valued

What You'll Do

  • Lead and supervise a crew installing commercial plumbing piping systems
  • Read and interpret plans and specs, and direct crew work accordingly on commercial facility projects
  • Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work meets code, spec, and quality standards
  • Assemble, solder, braze, and test piping — and oversee others doing the same
  • Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades on scheduling and jobsite logistics
  • Train and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices
  • Enforce a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
  • Troubleshoot issues in the field and make on-the-spot decisions to keep projects on schedule

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years commercial plumbing experience, including prior lead or supervisory experience
  • Strong working knowledge of cast iron, copper, and PVC systems
  • Ability to read blueprints and specs and translate them into crew-level task assignments
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying jobsite conditions
  • Dependable, safety-minded, and accountable for crew performance

Pay & Benefits

  • Competitive wage: $30–$50+/hr, depending on experience
  • Profit sharing
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off (PTO)
  • Travel pay
