Job description

Solace Enterprises is a rapidly growing, family-first, full-service commercial mechanical contractor operating throughout Northern California.


We are looking for entry-level and experienced HVAC installers to join our Construction Department. Installers areresponsible for the efficient and correct install of equipment and materials on construction jobs. Installers are required to be flexible and well versed in the installation of HVAC materials, equipment and committed to construction site safety.

Installers will report directly to the Jobsite Foreman at the start of shift and will receive dispatch and job orders from the Field Superintendent.

Applicants for this full-time position should have a thorough understand of most HVAC equipment. Furthermore candidates must posses a valid drivers license with an insurable record and reliable transportation. The ideal candidate would have the following qualities:


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Efficient, Dependable and a Self-Starter
  • Strong problem solving skill
  • Understanding of equipment, tools, and methods commonly applied in and replacing and installing air conditioning and heating equipment in commercial and residential buildings
  • Knowledge of principles of operation of air conditioning and heating systems, and safety practices concerning HVAC work
