Pay: $27.00/hr starting, depending on experience. Top-performing technicians earn $40.00/hr and higher with spiffs and performance bonuses.

Position Summary Provide the highest quality residential and light commercial heating and cooling solutions according to Danco company standards.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed)

Requirements:

  • Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Universal EPA Certification (required)
  • NATE Certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
  • Willingness to invest in your own basic hand tools
