We are seeking a Material Handler to join our LSP Distribution center, located in Dallas, Texas.


LSP and DANCO (PPG, LLC) are one of the top distributors in the U.S. for plumbing repair and replacement parts. LSP/DANCO sources and distributes parts for virtually every brand of plumbing fixture, including faucets, sinks, tubs and toilets. LSP sources to contractors directly who can order materials to be shipped or picked up at our distribution center. Do you have what it takes to work for us?

Key Duties for the role:

  • Utilizing RF scanners to locate, verify, and pull plumbing parts (e.g., fittings, valves, pipes) based on customer orders.
  • Loading and unloading trucks and containers, verifying incoming deliveries match purchase orders, and packing finished products for shipment.
  • Stocking shelves, replenishing picking locations, and recording inventory data to ensure accuracy.
  • Safely operating machinery such as Raymond brand forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials, including performing pre-use inspections.
  • Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy goals
  • Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or equipment issues to supervisors
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to OSHA standards and company safety procedures

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must have experience with Raymond Stand Up Reach and Cherry Picker.
  • At least 1 year of previous material handler experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within time constraints.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills: verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work in a non-climate controlled environment.
  • Ability to lift/move at least 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outgoing, team player, and a willingness to learn.
  • Solid attendance track record.

At LSP we work 1st Shift, 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday – Friday workweek with the opportunity for overtime when business need dictates.
