As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will operate in an onsite home care setting, where you will visit patients in their residences to provide therapy services. This position requires a commitment to working Monday through Friday, with hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will have the opportunity to build rapport with patients in a comfortable, familiar environment, enabling personalized and effective treatment approaches. • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition, capabilities, and rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that leverage a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as manual therapy and exercise programs.
• Provide a dedicated caseload, maintaining a one-on-one patient focus to ensure personalized and effective interventions.
• Document and track patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Administer cost-effective therapies while promoting non-surgical alternatives and minimizing medication reliance.
• Educate and empower patients about their conditions and involve them in their rehabilitation process to foster motivation and adherence to treatment.
• Pursue ongoing education and training to keep abreast of the latest developments in physical therapy practices and technologies.

The Physical Therapist role focuses on a diverse patient population, primarily those requiring rehabilitation from orthopedic conditions, post-operative recovery, chronic pain, or injury management. Working in a home care setting allows you to tailor therapy to individual lifestyles and environments, significantly affecting patient engagement and recovery rates.

• Must possess a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida, with no record of board or disciplinary actions on file.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and designing tailored exercise regimens.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software such as WebPT for documentation and patient management.

• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of treating various musculoskeletal conditions.
• Background in delivering home care services will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and a commitment to continual learning and professional development.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
