Radiance Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Fort Myers, Florida. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in helping patients regain mobility, improve functional abilities, and enhance their overall quality of life. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services, focusing on the goals of each individual patient.

Work Environment

This position is an onsite role, where you will work in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life structure. You will be engaging in face-to-face interactions with patients, providing personalized care that emphasizes trust and confidence in the healing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient needs and weaknesses.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Provide hands-on therapy, leveraging your expertise in manual therapy techniques to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Design and administer customized exercise and wellness programs that address the individual needs of each patient.
• Motivate and educate patients throughout their recovery journey, promoting adherence to treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Utilize electronic medical record systems such as WebPT to document patient progress accurately and comply with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care and share insights on treatment effectiveness.
• Regularly review patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to align with patients' evolving needs.
• Foster a supportive and encouraging environment to promote patient rehabilitation and independence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Radiance Physical Therapy, we cater to a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages, customizing your approaches to meet their unique rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) is required.
• Must possess a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida without a record of disciplinary actions.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy and exercise program design is essential.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, especially WebPT.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effective patient evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and USD 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Radiance Physical Therapy offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
