Work Environment

This position is based onsite within our fully equipped rehabilitation facility, designed to foster a collaborative and supportive environment where healthcare professionals can thrive. You will work regular weekday hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, providing a structured work-life balance while allowing ample opportunity to make a positive impact in patients’ lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients’ physical capacities and mobility challenges, ensuring personalized care plans that address specific needs and goals.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols, from therapeutic exercises to hands-on manual therapy techniques that focus on promoting physical health and functional improvement.
• Maintain a patient load averaging one individual per hour, ensuring dedicated and focused attention to enhance the quality of each patient's rehabilitative experience.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care strategies that optimize patient outcomes and overall wellness.
• Document all treatment services and progress in detail, utilizing EMR software such as WebPT to promote seamless communication and track patient progress efficiently.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their treatment processes, fostering a supportive atmosphere for recovery and independence.
• Design and customize fitness and wellness programs that cater to each patient’s unique requirements, enhancing their overall physical capabilities and promoting long-term health.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes systematically, adjusting interventions as required to ensure maximum effectiveness.
• Educate patients on strategies to minimize reliance on medications and explore non-surgical alternatives for pain management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Radiance Physical Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and postural imbalances. Our clients include patients of all ages, allowing you to apply your expertise in various therapeutic settings and specialties.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• No record of disciplinary actions against your professional license.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and a strong foundation in exercise program design and implementation.
• Competency in using EMR Software, preferably WebPT, to streamline workflow and patient documentation practices.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of prior experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings, demonstrating a strong background in rehabilitation techniques.
• Experience in developing tailored fitness and wellness programs that promote patient autonomy and self-management strategies.

Compensation and Benefits
