TheOperationsLeadership Development Program (OLDP) isadevelopment program forapplicants with established experience (3-5 years) in the manufacturing and operations space. This opportunity will provide the applicants with three individual assignments aimedto help increase their skillset while building leadership experience,preparing themforfuture career advancementat Entegris. TheOLDP specifically targets candidates with a balanced mix of high technical acumen, hunger for professional development and the capacity to complete complex work projects while participating in theprogram'scustom learning curriculum.

OLDP seeks to advanceparticipants' developmentthrough the completion of three1-yearassignments in the areas ofproduction supervision,planning(demand,production, etc.),andcontinuous improvement. Inclusion in this program will provide exposure toexecutivementors, active learning events withSeniorLeaders and challenging project work that directly contributes to keybusinessobjectives.This program seeks to accelerate the process of identifying and positioninghigh-potentialemployees to becomefuture leaders of Entegris.
