Job description

You'll be trusted with one of the most critical roles in the facility, ensuring products are processed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with strict regulatory standards. You'll operate and monitor HTST systems, oversee key production processes, and help maintain the quality standards consumers depend on every day.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for permanent hire and a comprehensive benefits package.

What You'll Do:
  • Monitor dairy production processes and follow SOPs for batching, processing, and pasteurization
  • Operate, clean, and maintain HTST equipment including CIP procedures, focused on throughput and minimizing downtime
  • Track and document fats, total solids, allergens, and critical control point records per federal, state, and company requirements
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and maintain 5S standards
  • Report food safety concerns, equipment issues, and production problems to management immediately

Schedule: Monday through Friday
  • Swing Shift (2:00pm to 10:30pm)
  • Grave Shift (10:00pm to 6:30am)
  • Overtime and weekend availability may be required
Pay: $26-34/hr depending on experience

What You'll Bring:
  • Experience in a food production or manufacturing environment
  • Basic understanding of food safety, sanitation, and GMP practices
  • Ability to read, follow, and accurately document recipes, measurements, and instructions
  • Ability to stand and walk for a full shift and lift or move heavy objects
  • Availability for the assigned shift, including overtime or weekends as needed
