What You'll Do:
  • As an Overnight Caregiver, you'll help ensure our residents are safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the night.
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed
  • Provide reassurance, companionship, and compassionate support
  • Conduct resident safety and wellness checks
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication with nursing staff
  • Assist with morning routines and resident preparation for the day
  • Help create a calm, secure, and welcoming environment for residents
 
What We're Looking For:
  • Caring, dependable, and compassionate individuals
  • Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently during overnight hours
  • Ability to pass a drug screen, TB test, and background check
