Overnight CNA (Mon-Fri)

Location: Plano, TX 75024

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team for overnight shifts, Monday through Friday, in Plano, TX. The Overnight CNA will provide exceptional resident care during nighttime hours, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of all residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct resident care including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Monitor residents’ conditions and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff promptly.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers to prevent falls and injuries.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents during overnight hours.
  • Document care provided and maintain accurate records in compliance with facility policies.
  • Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests.
  • Support nursing staff with any additional tasks as needed during the shift.
Qualifications
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Texas.
  • Previous experience in overnight resident care preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team during overnight hours.
  • Compassionate, patient, and attentive to resident needs.
Schedule

Monday through Friday, overnight shifts.
