This job is for an overnight CNA schedule (10pm-6:30am), working every other weekend.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
  • Measure and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff promptly.
  • Provide emotional support and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient care areas, following infection control standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Adhere strictly to healthcare policies and regulations to promote patient safety.
Requirements
  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
  • Prior CNA experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work under pressure.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
  • Understanding of infection control practices and safety protocols.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
