Primary Skill: Oracle Hyperion Planning, Essbase.
Secondary: SQL
Experience: Between 8 to 20 years
 
Required Skills  Qualifications:
    · 10+ years of experience with Oracle Essbase and Hyperion Planning.
    · Proficient in designing and maintaining multidimensional databases and business rules.
    · Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
    · Experience with Smart View, data integration, and automation tools.
    · Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 
Key Responsibilities:
    · Design, develop, and maintain Essbase cubes and Hyperion Planning applications.
    · Collaborate with finance and business teams to gather requirements and implement planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions.
    · Optimize Essbase calculations, data loads, and reporting for performance and accuracy.
    · Manage metadata, business rules, and security within Hyperion Planning.
