About our Enterprise Advisory & Transformation Practice

SC&H’s Enterprise Advisory & Transformation Consulting Practice specializes in Oracle EPM and OneStream CPM technologies. These products are industry leaders in financial and reporting systems. The team is hiring individuals responsible for assisting with the implementations of these solutions. Our continued growth is creating new opportunities for motivated and talented professionals.

    As a member of our SC&H team, you will:

    • Assist project teams in implementing budgeting/forecasting and close/consolidation applications.
    • Work with Fortune 1000 companies to configure Oracle EPM and OneStream CPM financial systems and implement new business processes.
    • Support hands-on training sessions with the client.
    • Collaborate in team settings to achieve organizational and personal goals.
    • Research and work with innovative Oracle/OneStream cloud technologies.
    • Receive technical and soft skills trainings delivered by seasoned SC&H professionals in a hands-on learning environment.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or any other business-related field.
    • 0-3 years of experience
    • If you are a recent grad, we require a minimum GPA of 3.4
    • Ability to produce an outstanding work product or deliverable
    • Reliable transportation to our Columbia location

      Salary & Benefits

      The expected annual base salary for this position is $69,500-77,000. Salary offers are made based on a variety of candidate specific factors such as candidate's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations. In addition, you’ll be rewarded for your contributions to our success through a generous performance-based bonus plan.
