Job Requirement
  • Project Role: Sales Executive – Oracle Technology, OCI & AI Services
  • Project Role Description: We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive business growth across Oracle Database, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Applications Unlimited, and AI Services. The ideal candidate will build strategic customer relationships, drive Oracle modernization initiatives, lead Oracle EBS to OCI migration opportunities, and position Doyensys' AI services as part of enterprise infrastructure transformation.
  • Work Experience: 5+ Years in Enterprise Technology or Oracle Services Sales
  • Work Location: Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX (Remote candidates will also be considered)
  • Travel: Travel Required
  • Reporting To: Vice President – Growth
Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve assigned annual revenue targets across Oracle Database, OCI, and Applications Unlimited services.
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline across new and existing customer accounts.
  • Drive Oracle EBS to OCI migration opportunities as a primary source of new business.
  • Identify and pursue non-Oracle workload migration opportunities to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Develop Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Managed Services opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, CRM updates, and pipeline reporting.
  • Engage CIOs, Infrastructure Leaders, and IT Executives through consultative, outcome-focused selling.
  • Position Doyensys' Oracle Database, OCI, and Applications Unlimited modernization services.
  • Promote Doyensys' AI services as a value-added offering during infrastructure modernization discussions.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and practice leaders to develop tailored customer solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with Oracle Technology Account Executives and Applications Unlimited Sales teams.
  • Drive Oracle co-sell opportunities, account planning, and deal registration initiatives.
  • Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions.
  • Structure Managed Services, Time & Material, Fixed Bid, MSA, and SOW engagements.
  • Ensure revenue growth aligns with business margins and delivery capacity.
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise technology or Oracle services.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Database technologies and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Experience selling Oracle infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, or managed services.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong executive presence with consultative selling capabilities.
