Job description

Our client, based in Knoxville, TN, has selected Oracle ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, and Payroll to power a global implementation across the US, UK, and Poland, with additional countries to follow. As an Oracle ERP Techno/Functional Consultant, you’ll play a starring role in the company's global transformation program. Much like a director keeping every scene in sync, you’ll ensure their Oracle systems run seamlessly across the enterprise. This is a full-time role based in Knoxville, TN. While project-tied, roles may convert to permanent positions post-implementation.

COMP: $150K - $170K based on candidate’s experience

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Act as the bridge between Finance and Technology, ensuring Oracle solutions are designed, configured, and delivered to support the business globally
  • Lead Oracle Fusion Financials and EPM, including GL, AP, AR, Inventory, and COGS
  • Drive ERP process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and design workshops
  • Configure Oracle modules in alignment with global templates and business needs
  • Partner closely with PMO and system integrators to ensure consistent execution
  • Oversee testing, cutover planning, go-live, and post-launch stabilization
  • Support inventory-heavy operations (food service, concessions, fast-paced retail a strong plus)
  • Champion change management, documentation, and continuous improvement

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) experience
  • Strong expertise in EPM (Enterprise Performance Management)
  • Proven experience leading global ERP implementations
  • Deep understanding of finance processes and inventory-driven cost structures
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
