A leading enterprise organization in Malvern, PA is seeking a talented Office 365 Engineer to join their technology team in a full-time, hybrid role. T
his is an exciting opportunity to work across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, supporting and engineering cloud-based productivity, collaboration, identity, and messaging technologies in a modern enterprise environment.

They’re looking for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, improving enterprise platforms, and staying ahead of Microsoft’s rapidly evolving cloud technology. You’ll gain exposure to projects involving Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, and PowerShell, with plenty of room to expand your skill set and grow into a senior engineering or architecture role. 

Required Skills & Experience

· 3+ years of experience administering or engineering Microsoft 365 environments
· Strong experience with Office 365 / Microsoft 365 administration and support
· Experience with Exchange Online and email administration
· Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including users, groups, authentication, and access management
· Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online
· Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
· Experience troubleshooting complex Microsoft 365 issues in an enterprise environment
· Strong understanding of Microsoft security, compliance, and identity concepts
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Desired Skills & Experience

· Microsoft 365 certifications such as MS-102, AZ-104, or related certifications
· Experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management
· Experience with Exchange hybrid environments and migrations
· Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Defender for Office 365, and Microsoft security solutions
