Job description

Basic Qualifications:

  • Prior administration experience of M365.

  • Messaging or Exchange experience.

  • BS/BA in Information Technology.

  • 5+ years proven knowledge of using Microsoft’s 365 product suite.

  • M365 Certified: (e.g., MS-900, MS-700, MS-600).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Expert analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to provide root cause analysis and demonstrate results through testing and metrics.

  • Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven solutions delivery and architecture experience with Microsoft 365 products.

  • M365 migration experience (discovery, design, implementation/execution, support, and maintenance).

  • Experience within client-facing professional services or consulting.

  • Working knowledge of Azure AD and familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell).

  • Demonstrated ability to elicit requirements and communicate clearly with non-technical individuals as well as development teams and subject matter experts.

  • Familiarity with governance, security, and compliance considerations in the context of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.

  • Output and efficiency driven mindset with a forthcoming attitude.

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills & ability to follow a structured methodology to solve problems.

  • Deep understanding and extensive knowledge of the functionality, interdependencies, and infrastructure of the Microsoft 365 family of products including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange, and Power Platform.

  • Proven expertise in security and compliance related to Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies.

  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.

  • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agent.

  • Skilled in SharePoint, SPFx, Teams App development, Graph API, Governance, Administration, and SharePoint migration.
