Job description

Job Summary
Mother Lode Union School District is located in Placerville, California, 32 miles east of Sacramento, in the beautiful foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range. The natural landscape, collegial atmosphere, and supportive community make our district a wonderful place to work.
We are currently looking for a Special Education Teacher (SDC) at Charles Brown Learning Academy for the 2026 - 2027 school year. The successful candidate will be given credit on a year basis at the time of initial placement on the salary schedule for previous full-time credentialed teaching experience up to ten (10) years. Maximum placement on the salary schedule will be step 11 on the applicable column.
The district contributes $12,800 yearly for health benefits, including dental & vision, and offers a stipend for Master's or Doctoral Degrees (prorated for less than full-time or late start). Salary Schedule located at www.mlusd.net
