Job description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCaBA) - Hybrid
Company: SenseSational Learning Group, a Finni Health Company
Location: Hybrid - Charlotte, MI & Eaton Rapids, MI
Pay: $85,000 - $90,000 per year
About Us:
SenseSational Learning Group is a BCBA-owned and operated neurodiversity-affirming ABA practice. We specialize in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) and prioritize play-based, child-led approaches that honor each individual's unique way of being.
In addition to in-home services, we are building a collaborative community hub designed for connection, parent support, and social development across ages.
Our Philosophy:
We lead with empathy. Families come first. We believe happy, supported clinicians provide the best care. We won't burn you out with impossible caseloads or rigid protocols. Your creativity and clinical judgment are valued here.
What This Means for You:
  • Manageable Caseloads with an emphasis on work-life balance (no unrealistic billable expectations)
  • Flexible Scheduling - Both Part-Time & Full-Time options available
  • Family-friendly culture (many of us are parents!)
  • Complimentary CEUs
  • Tech That Works for You: Enjoy intuitive, in-house platforms that make scheduling, BIP writing, and time entry smooth, fast, and frustration-free.
  • Career Growth: Continuous mentorship and professional development assistance
  • Autonomy to tailor interventions to each client's needs
  • Competitive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, and mileage reimbursement
  • Collaborative Hub & Community Programming: Access to a dedicated team space for connection, team meetings, and innovative programming, including parent groups and social skills groups across age ranges - allowing you to expand beyond 1:1 care and make a broader impact.

The Role:
SenseSational Learning Group is seeking a creative, energetic BCBA who's passionate about early childhood development and neurodiversity-affirming practice. Provide individualized ABA services across home, school, and community settings, with opportunities to contribute to group-based programming, including parent training and social skills groups.
What You'll Do:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans
  • Implement naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environments
  • Partner with families as true collaborators (not just "trainers")
  • Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies
  • Facilitate and help develop skills-based group sessions (social groups, parent groups, and community-based programming)
  • Participate in team collaboration and clinical connection through our shared workspace and team meetings

You're a Great Fit If You Have:
  • Required: BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Required: Michigan state licensure
  • Required: Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Strong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teaching
  • Passion for neurodiversity-affirming, ethical ABA practice
  • Early childhood development expertise

Ready to join a team that values creativity, flexibility, and neurodiversity? Apply today to start making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families!
* BCaBA positions are also available in accordance with state guidelines- compensation will differ from BCBA rates
