A multispecialty primary care group in San Bernardino County, California is adding a full-time BC/BE pediatrician to their practice. Must be comfortable working independently as you will be the only pediatrician in this clinic.

  • Outpatient only setting with no after-hours call
  • Enjoy a Monday through Friday 9 am - 5 pm schedule

Recruitment Package

  • Independent Contractor position, offering a 2-year salary guarantee. After 2 years, production model will exceed salary guarantee.
  • Practice will assist in completing and submitting malpractice insurance application, up to $7,500 per year.
  • Practice will assist with experienced broker to explain available health insurance options.
  • Personal Time Off: 3 weeks off every 12 months. New graduates also receive 5 study days prior to sitting for their board exam.
