About The Position
Ensemble Schools is seeking a creative and professional General Manager to help administer Glee Music Academy in Lake Forest, CA. The General Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.
Primary responsibilities include:
  • Responding to phone calls and emails from students and families regarding enrollment, scheduling, and other requests for information
  • Hiring, scheduling, and interfacing with teachers to help them manage their student schedules
  • Helping to manage our website, newsletters, and social media presence to represent the school to our local community
  • Assisting payroll team in verifying attendance and approving time-off requests
  • Helping to organize and execute student performance opportunities and other community events
  • Assuring all facilities are properly stocked and teachers are fully supported with any necessary equipment/materials
  • General administrative tasks as needed

The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. A demonstrated interest in Music and Music Education would be an asset. The required hours for this position are Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
