Peraton Labs delivers innovative solutions and revolutionary new capabilities to solve the most difficult and complex challenges for government agencies, utilities, and commercial customers. We are searching for a Technical Project Lead for our Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland location. This position will be onsite, 5 days a week. Primary responsibility will be to technically manage cost, schedule, and performance of R&D engineering projects.

Qualifications

Individual Capabilities/Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, physics or other related discipline plus at least 7 years of engineering experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project lead role technically managing cost, schedule and performance of R&D engineering projects
  • Position requires an active Top Secret clearance, with SCI eligibility
  • US Citizenship
  • Should have robust knowledge/experience of EO/IR technologies , RF technologies or  Electronic Warfare (EW)  technologies
  • Experience with military system RDT&E processes and organizations

Individual Capabilities/Experience Desired:

  • Ideal candidate would be EW SME with Army project leader experience   
  • Prior DOD civilian project leader or military project/product manager.

Target Salary Range$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
