This position provides an excellent opportunity to apply your strong analytical background to the Customer Experience domain, while working directly with global, Fortune 500 companies.
Responsibilities Include:

  • Strong quantitative research skills, including demonstrated ability to analyze data and generate insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams and engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, focusing on quickly creating clear, professional decks with visuals.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and workflow management, including project planning and prioritization.
  • Experience with survey-based market research, including programming tools like SurveyMonkey, Decipher, Qualtrics, Suzy, or My-Take (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to learn new tools and methodologies quickly; experience with Conjoint and MaxDiff analysis is advantageous.
