What You Will Do

  • Run plant accounting and cost accounting processes across multiple cost centers.

  • Manage the monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial accuracy.

  • Prepare monthly financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and operating plans.

  • Maintain standard costs and bills of materials (BOMs).

  • Oversee physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.

  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company accounting policies.

  • Review labor, materials, overhead, distribution, and inventory variances.

  • Participate in production and operations meetings.

  • Support internal controls, audit readiness, and asset protection.

  • Partner with operations to improve manufacturing performance.

  • Supervise front office administrative and accounting activities.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

  • Five or more years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP.

  • ERP system experience.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
