Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Controller with strong ERP experience to lead all accounting and financial operations for a cosmetics OEM/ODM manufacturing company. This role will focus heavily on cost accounting, inventory control, and financial reporting within an ERP-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong manufacturing background and is experienced in leveraging ERP systems to improve financial visibility, operational efficiency, and reporting accuracy.

        Job Description
        • Oversee all accounting functions including GL, AR/AP, payroll, and financial reporting
        • Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes within ERP systems
        • Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
        • Lead cost accounting processes including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation
        • Maintain and optimize ERP system usage for accounting, inventory, and reporting functions
        • Partner with operations, supply chain, and production teams to ensure accurate cost tracking
        • Analyze manufacturing costs including labor, materials, and overhead
        • Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models
        • Strengthen internal controls and support audits
        • Improve reporting processes and automate workflows using ERP capabilities
        • Support pricing strategies with accurate cost data
        Qualifications
        • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
        • CPA preferred
        • 10+ years of accounting experience, with strong manufacturing background
        • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
        • Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting
        • Experience with GAAP and audit processes
        • Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capability
        • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

        Preferred Experience

        • Experience in cosmetics, personal care, or OEM/ODM manufacturing
