Full Time Manufacturing Controllers are finance professionals responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations within a manufacturing company. They ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control to support strategic decision-making. Their role often includes monitoring production costs, analyzing financial data, implementing internal controls, and working closely with operations teams to optimize efficiency and profitability. Manufacturing Controllers play a key role in ensuring the financial health of the manufacturing process and compliance with relevant regulations.

Expertise in ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, advanced Excel skills, and relevant certifications such as CMA or CPA are often required. Exceptional analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills help drive collaboration and informed decision-making.
