A high school diploma or GED is required, alongside at least a year of experience in maintenance or custodial work. CPR and First Aid certification, along with a valid driver's license, will set you up for success in this role.

Required Qualifications

  • High school/GED or equivalent experience
  • 1 plus years experience of maintenance, handiwork, and custodial work on commercial buildings
  • Demonstrated proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Current driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates degree relating to the building trade or commercial building maintenance field
  • CPR and First Aid certification
