Job description

Overview

Major Functions:

  • Manage accurate data entry of customer deliveries into tracking software and programs (e.g. Mainframe, Fresh Service Tool)
  • Assembles needed packaging and prepares deliveries.
  • Ensures accurate and timely distribution of customer deliveries to mail slots

Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

ENTRY LEVEL 3

Responsibilities
  • Manage weekly assets received and processed, including Vestcom orders for timely and accurate delivery.
  • Ensure customer updates and order books are maintained in company systems and tracking.
  • Maintain slotting list changes to ensure accurate delivery of mail.
  • Remove old/non-customer material to avoid unnecessary deliveries.
  • Deliver missing mail to dispatch to disperse with alternate routes.
  • SSR Error Reporting site - manage alerts to ensure mail is not missed and if so, find alternative routes
  • Monitor emails for customer issues/discrepancies and correspond accordingly
  • Monitor email/phone for ad hoc requests
  • Pull pallets and assemble boxes to replenish supply
  • Box weekly pre-printed jobs (advertising signs, books for departments, customer orders) and pre-pare for mail slots.
  • Print truck loading tags and place for truck delivery
  • Prints sales plans, order books, pricing labels and prepares for delivery
  • Advertisement signs, and other customer orders boxed and slotted for delivery
  • Circular advertisements - break down from third party and place in racks, print and scan tags
  • Deliver mail to nearby Fair value weekly
Qualifications
  • Must be able to pass Lift Operator's qualification course.
  • Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass MVR to process deliveries.
  • Must be able to work in various internal and external environments (rain, heat, snow, cold).
  • Must be able to read, write, and possess basic math skills,
  • Must be able to reason and have basic decision-making skills.
  • Must be able to understand and operate RF functions.
  • Must be certified on a pallet jack.
  • Must be able to reach, lift and stack boxes ranging in weight from 1-80lbs.
  • Detail oriented with good organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Experience and comfortable with email, excel and software platforms
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and escalate issues to managers
