Role Overview:

Could you be our next Mail Clerk Specialist? Globe Life is looking for a Mail Clerk Specialist to join the team!

This role is responsible for supporting policyholder services through accurate processing of return mail, mailroom duties, policy review, and general office assistance.

This is an on-site position located in Broadview Heights, Ohio.

What You Will Do:

  • Receive, sort, scan and process all returned mail in accordance with department procedures.
  • Research and resolve returned mail by locating updated policyholder contact information.
  • Investigate and research returned checks and coordinate resolution with appropriate teams.
  • Utilize internal and external resources to locate and verify current policyholder addresses.
  • Perform policy review verification to ensure policy data integrity.
  • Complete assigned projects in the planned timeframe.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all policyholder information.

What You Can Bring:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, insurance operations, or a related administrative role.
  • Medical terminology/medical office background a plus.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
  • Previous phone experience desired.
