As one of the largest independent bicycle retailers in the U.S., ERIK'S thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where every team member plays a key role in our success. We recognize hard work, promote from within, and build teams that love to win. If you're looking to take the next step in your marketing career - owning strategy, execution, and optimization across paid digital channels - this role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact.
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to manage our paid advertising strategy across Google, Meta, and emerging digital channels. This role is perfect for someone who blends analytical strength with strategic planning and collaborative leadership. You fully own the execution of ERIK'S digital ad strategy, influence overall digital strategy, and ensure paid media efforts support broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution:
    • Lead and manage day-to-day execution of paid search, paid social, shopping feeds, remarketing, and performance campaigns across varying markets with differing needs.
    • Build full-funnel advertising strategies that drive revenue, traffic, new customer acquisition, and brand visibility.
    • Oversee budget pacing, bidding strategies, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams (Content, Merchandising, Marketing, Leadership) to plan aligned campaigns and ensure messaging consistency.
    • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure strategy and priority alignment
    • Map campaign timelines, ensure dependencies are clear, and keep teams accountable to deadlines.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting:
    • Own reporting for paid media channels, providing actionable insights to leadership.
    • Build dashboards in Looker Studio or similar tools to visualize performance.
    • Conduct A/B tests, audience segmentation, and attribution analysis to continuously optimize spend and performance.
  • Digital Optimization Influence:
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Stay aligned with evolving digital media best practices and platform updates.

What You Bring:
Experience: 2+ years of paid media management, ideally in e-commerce. Experience managing and creating Google and Meta Ads campaigns.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
Skills:
  • Strong proficiency with Google Business Suite, Meta Ads Manger, Looker Studio, and Google Ads Editor.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and managing large catalogue product feeds
  • Ability to turn data into an actionable strategy.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable planning and executing complex campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the Shopify web platform, Asana workflow management tool, and Microsoft Suite a plus, but not required.

Mindset:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay engaged with the day-to-day minutia of campaign management.
  • Strategic thinker who owns outcomes and thrives in collaboration.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Brings ideas and flags problems proactively but executes confidently within a defined strategy.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit aligned with ERIK'S culture of speed, growth, and results.

Why You'll Love It Here:
  • A dynamic environment that celebrates smart strategy and measurable wins.
  • Genuine opportunities for career growth.
  • A hardworking, supportive team that values creativity and collaboration.
  • Discounts on the best bike, ski, and snowboard gear in the industry.
