Job description

Now Hiring: Cleaning Professional (Part-Time, Some Weekends Required)

Company: House Minders

House Minders is looking for reliable and detail-oriented cleaning professionals to join our team! If you take pride in your work, show up on time, enjoy creating clean and welcoming spaces, we’d love to hear from you.

Position Details:

  • Part-time position
  • Some weekends required
  • Flexible hours
  • Starting pay: $16/hour
  • Additional $1/hour gas compensation
  • $1/hour raise after 90 days
  • Sick pay and gratuities included

Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality residential cleaning services
  • Follow company standards and checklists
  • Communicate effectively with team and clients
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude

Requirements:

  • Must pass a background check
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable, working vehicle
  • Honest, dependable, and punctual
  • Willingness to take instruction and feedback
  • Must be able to stand, reach floor level, bend, twist, push, pull and carry 20 lbs.
