Job description

09th September, 2026
Preference for local candidates, but would be open to a really great option who is open to relocating to Miami.
A family with a home base in Miami that travels domestically and internationally is looking for a worldly nanny to join them. The child is 3.5 almost 4 years old. They would love to find someone who will grow with the family, as they wish to have more children in the future. They are looking for someone easygoing, friendly, and with a good attitude who is organized and adaptable to change. Early childhood development knowledge and the ability to foster that within infants/toddlers, including engaging in activities that stimulate their needs, is a must. All child-related activities (playdates, cooking healthy meals, and baby laundry) are included. This is a "No electronics" home. Travel with the family, both domestic and international, is required. This is a 24/7 role while you are on shift, with one hour off in the morning. They are open to a live-out local person, which really depends on the individual. This role is rotational and rotates every 2 weeks, depending on travel. The best aspect of this role is the family's genuine appreciation for their employees. They recognize the demanding nature of the job and have a few additional nannies and support staff to assist them, so everyone is well-rested and happy while on duty.
They would prefer someone bilingual in Spanish and English, a career nanny who has worked for high-profile/high-net-worth families (i.e., formal training in education, daycare, or a degree in childhood development), and who has a long tenure with families.
Schedule: 24/7 role while you are on shift, with one hour in the AM off. This role is rotational and rotates every 2 weeks, depending on travel.
Age: 3.5
Start Date: When they find the right person
Compensation: The family offers an hourly and overtime rate equivalent to an annual base compensation range of $120k-150k+/year, depending on the candidate's experience. OR DOE
Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, travel coverage to and from work shift.
Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of professional childcare experience
  • Valid driver's license and passport
  • Knowledge and experience with infants and toddlers
  • English and Spanish fluency
  • Experience traveling with families and children, including prep and packing
  • Experience working with high-profile and high-net-worth families with security concerns, high-level of discretion, and strict adherence to NDA
  • Legal to work in the US
