Millennial Counseling Centre is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional mental health care tailored to individuals recovering from trauma. This full-time, remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while making a meaningful impact on the lives of those seeking healing and support.

Located in beautiful Mesa, Arizona, Millennial Counseling Centre is a trusted community health clinic specializing in trauma-informed care. Our mission is to foster a compassionate and safe environment for patients dealing with the effects of trauma, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. As a remote member of our team, you will be interacting with colleagues on a daily basis through telehealth platforms and virtual meetings. Our supportive work culture encourages collaboration and open communication among mental health professionals, enabling a cohesive approach to care. You will have the flexibility to schedule your work week while adhering to our core office hours of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with adjustments as necessary based on patient needs.

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate each patient's trauma history and determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on recovery and resilience, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions designed to help patients process their trauma, build effective coping strategies, and encourage ongoing healing.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure a unified approach to patient care, fostering an integrated treatment plan that addresses all aspects of the patient's well-being.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients receive the care they need when they need it most.
• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, available resources, and coping mechanisms to enhance their support systems.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation reflects the best practices of trauma-informed care.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to foster a culture of shared learning and continuous improvement in trauma care.
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in trauma therapy to provide the highest quality of care to our patients.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals affected by trauma, including those suffering from PTSD and other trauma-related disorders. Your focus will be on delivering personalized care that respects and honors each patient’s unique journey towards mental health and recovery.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
• A passion for helping others on their recovery journey, combined with a dedication to trauma-informed care principles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with patients.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, preferably focusing on trauma.
• Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-related disorders and various trauma-informed treatment modalities.
• Experience with delivering therapeutic interventions specifically designed to address trauma.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and technology.

This position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
