Role Description The Online Sales Specialist – New Home Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Irvine, CA. This role is responsible for responding promptly to online and phone inquiries from prospective homebuyers, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments with on-site sales teams. The Online Sales Specialist will manage online sales portals, maintain accurate lead and customer data in CRM systems, and provide timely follow-up to ensure a positive customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include presenting community and product information, coordinating with marketing to support online campaigns, and preparing regular reports on lead activity and conversion. The role also involves collaborating with sales leadership to refine processes, provide feedback on customer trends, and support training initiatives for new tools or systems.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and building long-term relationships.
  • Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written communication for digital channels and confident verbal communication for phone and in-person interactions.
  • Proven Sales skills, including lead qualification, pipeline management, and conversion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Online Marketing, including familiarity with web leads, digital campaigns, social media, and CRM or lead management platforms.
  • Ability to support Training efforts by sharing best practices, onboarding new team members on systems, and reinforcing process standards.
  • Prior experience in real estate, new home sales, or related industries is preferred.
  • Comfort with technology, including web-based tools, CRM software, and basic office applications.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
  • Availability to work required days and hours to support community traffic and online inquiries.
