JOB SUMMARY

Job Summary
The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill is hiring a full-time Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Scottsdale. This role is for someone who is comfortable working the line, following recipes, and keeping pace during busy service periods.
You will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to brand standards, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and supporting a smooth, efficient kitchen operation. This is a hands-on line cook position in a fast-casual restaurant not a prep-only role.
