As a Physical Therapist at Ortholand Physical Therapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients to identify their specific rehabilitation needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilizing diverse treatment methodologies, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities to relieve pain and enhance mobility.
• Regularly tracking and documenting each patient’s progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Providing guidance and education to patients and their families regarding exercises and self-care techniques to encourage active participation in their recovery.
• Training caregivers and other health professionals on proper use of assistive devices and effective physical therapy practices.
• Engaging in continuous professional development by attending workshops and staying updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy.

Our patient population is diverse, comprising children and adults with various diagnoses including sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain conditions, and neurological disorders. You will be working closely with each patient to motivate and empower them through tailored rehabilitation programs aimed at restoring functionality and enhancing quality of life.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active state license in Physical Therapy.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficiency in word processing and documentation software crucial for maintaining accurate patient records.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset to accommodate varying patient needs and scenarios.

In addition to the above qualifications, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting. Knowledge or experience in working with a diverse patient demographic will be highly advantageous.

Ortholand Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
