Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Ortholand Physical Therapy, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, diseases, or surgeries, utilizing comprehensive assessment tools to determine their specific rehabilitation needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate diverse therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities to manage pain and enhance mobility.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and continuously track and document patient progress in alignment with established therapeutic goals.
• Reassess patient conditions regularly and adjust treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring optimal care and improved patient outcomes.
• Advise patients on the use of assistive devices such as walkers or braces, and educate them and their families on self-care and rehabilitation strategies.
• Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork by collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for our patients.
• Maintain a professional and knowledgeable profile by attending workshops, conferences, and engaging with professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population includes children, adults, and seniors with various conditions ranging from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain management. You will work closely with individuals who may require customized rehabilitation strategies to restore their functionality and independence. Qualifications

The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this Full-Time Physical Therapist position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
