Established in Amarillo, Texas in 1970, Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins & Mott LLP ("Perdue Brandon") is one of the oldest law firms providing collection services and related legal representation to government entities. Our clients include school districts, cities, counties, hospital districts, appraisal districts and other governmental entities. Perdue Brandon continues to grow and currently has 16 primary offices in Texas and multiple satellite locations in Texas, Oklahoma, and Florida servicing clients in nine states.Our Tyler location is looking for the right person to fill an opening for a full-time Legal Assistant. This position includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays and 401k benefits.The ideal candidate should have general customer service and computer skills, be able to multi-task, learn legal concepts, along with preparing and proofing documents. Previous experience with internet, title, or genealogy research is helpful but we will train you in these areas as needed. In this position, you will work independently as well as with a team to learn legal concepts, and the multitude of information that is necessary to take on this position.
