We are a well-established Worcester County boutique law firm with a primary focus on estate planning, probate, trust administration and elder law. For over 30 years, we are passionate about the work we do. We are looking for an equally passionate full-time attorney who wants to join our talented team of “A” players to do meaningful work. 
 
Unlike some firms, we’re not interested in transactional work and billable hour minimums. The heart of our practice focuses on building and nurturing relationships with our thousands of valued clients. We are looking for someone who is:

We will work closely with you to teach the law and art of estate planning plus provide access to nationally recognized experts for learning substantive law and best practices, from basic to advanced planning strategies.   
 
Experience and Skills Required: 
  • 2-5 years of legal work experience preferred, estate and/or Medicaid planning background helpful but not required 
  • Excellent verbal, grammar, and proofing skills 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to accurately manage calendars, competing priorities, deadlines, proof documents, and other tasks 
  • Dependable and accountable with a high work ethic to achieve personal and law firm goals  
  • Ability to lead, mentor and collaborate in a team environment with a positive attitude 
  • Approaches challenges as opportunities for problem-solving, growth and improvement to our systems 
  • MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom
