Job Purpose
Reporting to the Office Manager, the Loan Processing Specialist prepares, reviews and processes loan documentation. The Loan Processing Specialist provides excellent telephone etiquette and administrative support to JX Financial.
This role is located in Hartland, WI.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Honor Commitment:
  • Prepare direct loan documents, extension, rewrites, leases, etc. for their respective Finance / Insurance Sales Representative which includes proofing approval and making corrections, demonstrating a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Review documents for completeness and proper execution after deal closes, ensuring compliance and adherence to procedures.
  • Follow up for title and lien perfections, fulfilling legal obligations and protecting the company's interests.

Create Positive Experiences:
  • Greet customers in a positive, professional manner, creating a welcoming and helpful first impression.
  • Follow up on deficiencies with the dealership, providing timely and constructive feedback to improve processes and customer service.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with customers, colleagues, and dealership personnel, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Foster Life-Long Learning:
  • Stay informed about changes in finance and insurance regulations, documentation requirements, and industry best practices to ensure accurate and compliant processing.

Exhibit Pioneering Spirit:
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to streamline document preparation, review, and submission, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

Demonstrate Good Stewardship:
  • Complete funding documents and submit to the bank along with required deal documents, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Create files, file labels, title labels and enter new customer insurance, maintaining organized and accessible records.
  • Process and file insurance policy updates as received, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Follow up on insurance expirations, cancellations, and renewals, providing timely reminders and support to customers.
  • Scan insurance documentation and completed files for electronic storage, contributing to efficient record-keeping and information management.

  • Adapt to the evolving needs of the organization and undertake additional responsibilities as required, reflecting our commitment to flexibility and responsiveness in meeting business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School or Equivalent Post-High School education preferred, but not required
  • 1-3 yrs of related experience in loan documentation or loan processing required. Have the ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Intermediate experience with Google Applications is preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
