The Senior Partnership Manager will lead the development of strategic employer partnerships focused on expanding access to KinderCare's childcare services and early education programs. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional with experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and building long-term client partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of client organizations, priorities, and employee benefit strategies
  • Use consultative, solution-based sales approaches to manage complex 2-18 month sales cycles
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders, including CEOs, CHROs, and Executive Directors. Negotiate contractual terms with prospective and existing clients
  • Grow existing partnerships through upsell and expansion efforts within assigned territories. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution and implementation
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term territory and account strategies. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to leadership
  • Monitor market trends, funding developments, policy changes, and competitive activity across assigned regions
  • Partner with teams across Finance, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Corporate Development
  • Deliver effective virtual and in-person presentations and demonstrations
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and client activity data within CRM systems
  • Manage travel and regional marketing expenses within budget
  • Plan and participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to support business development goals

Qualifications

  • Seven or more years of experience selling services or solutions in a consultative sales environment. Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience managing multi-state territories or regional accounts
  • Established relationships with corporate decision-makers and/or experience selling into enterprise organizations preferred
  • Proven success managing enterprise sales opportunities and achieving annual quotas of $1M+
  • Experience with CRM systems, territory planning, and sales forecasting
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
