Position Description
This role would be responsible for shooting editing, and manage digital content library-including video, audio, graphics, and animated motion graphics-to produce engaging multimedia experiences for marketing, web, CTV and internal communications. They are responsible for the full production lifecycle, from concept to post-production, ensuring brand consistency across omni-channel marketing campaigns, working in Adobe Creative Cloud suite of services. This role would be a hybrid role.
This role will be responsible for interactive digital campaigns to generate a wider audience and a larger presence that can be used to drive business development. This role can expect 25% travel, and shooting video and still photography at nationwide locations, to provide assets for editing and storytelling rolling up to the R.S. Hughes family of brands, sub-brands and internal communication efforts.
Key Responsibilities Required to be Successful as a Multi-Media Specialist:
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and innovative video, audio, graphics, and animations for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in defining, developing, and implementing the R.S. Hughes brand and its guidelines/standards.
  • Pre and Postproduction: Conceptualize, storyboarding, film, and edit photo/video content, including color correction and audio mixing.
  • Platform Integration: Integrate multimedia elements into websites and social media, ensuring responsiveness and performance.
  • Branding & Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to maintain consistent brand messaging across all visual assets.
  • Technical Maintenance: Manage and maintain multimedia hardware, software, and digital assets.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation for departmental procedures and processes.
  • Proactively address challenges and recommend solutions to address technical and creative challenges; provide solutions to resolve potential roadblocks.
  • Oversee the full design process to ensure projects remain on schedule through completion to meet project deadlines.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Education/Certification/Licenses
  • 4 Year Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Motion Graphics, Photography, Design, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in videography, production, and multi-media editing.
  • Proficiency in video lighting, photography, videography, and camera operation.

Target Base Compensation range for this exempt role is $65,000-$72,000/ annually DOE.
