Location: GRITR - North Richland Hills, TX
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (8-hour shifts with flexible scheduling)
Compensation: Starting at $21/hour + comprehensive benefits package

About GRITR
GRITR is a fast-growing brand in the sports and outdoors industry, operating one of the largest firearms storefronts and shooting ranges in DFW while continuing to scale our e-commerce and private label presence.
As we expand, we are significantly increasing our in-house media production - with a focus on creating high-quality content that supports advertising, product launches, and brand growth across Meta, YouTube, Amazon, and other digital platforms.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a creative and driven Content Creator who can help us produce engaging media content that not only looks great - but performs.
This role blends creative storytelling with marketing execution. You will contribute to photography, videography, editing, and ad-ready content production while collaborating closely with our marketing and product teams.

What You'll Do
Media Production
  • Capture high-quality product photography (lifestyle and white background)
  • Film and edit promotional videos and product demonstrations
  • Produce short-form video content for advertising and social media
  • Develop motion graphics or simple 2D/3D animations when needed
  • Assist in product renderings and creative assets for private label projects
Advertising & Platform Content
  • Create ad-ready creatives for Meta, YouTube, Amazon, and other platforms
  • Collaborate on testing different creative angles and formats
  • Support social media posting and campaign execution
  • Optimize content for various placements and audience types
Collaboration & Execution
  • Work with marketing and product teams to execute campaign concepts
  • Maintain organized digital asset systems
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time with strong attention to detail
Qualifications
Experience in at least some of the following:
  • Photography
  • Videography
  • Video editing
  • Advertising creative
  • Motion graphics (After Effects or similar tools a plus)
  • Social media content or paid ads
Technical Skills
  • Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency
  • Premiere Pro required
  • Photoshop and Illustrator preferred
