What are 'Full Time Kitchen' jobs?

Full time kitchen jobs refer to positions in a restaurant or food service establishment where employees work a standard number of hours per week, usually 35-40, performing tasks related to food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and sometimes customer service. Leading and executing daily lunch service on the line.
Overseeing prep and ensuring the kitchen is set for both lunch and dinner service.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
Supporting scheduling, staffing, and daily kitchen operations as needed.
Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met.
Helping build and maintain a positive, accountable kitchen culture.

A consistent daytime schedule.
A supportive leadership team and a well-run kitchen.
The opportunity to take ownership of a key part of daily operations.

If you are a leader who takes pride in a clean kitchen, a strong team, and a service that runs the way it should we want to meet you.
