HVAC Service Technician – Jackrabbit AC Ocala

Location: Ocala, FL
Job Type: Full-Time | W-2
Earning Potential: $70,000–$120,000+ annually

About Jackrabbit AC

Jackrabbit AC is growing in Ocala and looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. We specialize in residential air conditioning repair, maintenance, system replacements, indoor air quality, and customer-focused service.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
  • Perform service calls and accurately identify system issues
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow problems
  • Complete preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
  • Explain findings and repair options clearly to homeowners
  • Provide professional, honest, and courteous customer service
  • Complete service paperwork and maintain accurate records
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards
  • Deliver quality workmanship and strive to resolve issues on the first visit

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
  • EPA certification required
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Customer-first attitude
