Job description

Squeeze is seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly driven Vice President of Sales to lead the company's sales efforts and drive significant revenue growth. This is a hands-on executive sales leadership role with dual responsibility for leading and managing Squeeze's senior sales executives and producers while personally developing and closing strategic, high-value business opportunities.
The VP of Sales will be accountable for overall sales performance, pipeline development, forecasting, sales strategy, and execution. This individual will establish clear expectations and accountability across the sales organization, coach and develop senior producers, identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness, and ensure the team consistently delivers against revenue objectives.
In addition to leading the sales organization, the VP of Sales will maintain an active personal pipeline and serve as a senior business developer for Squeeze. This includes developing executive-level relationships, identifying strategic opportunities, designing customized solutions, and leading complex enterprise opportunities from initial prospecting through contract execution.
The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader and accomplished individual producer with a strong track record of both leading high-performing sales professionals and personally closing complex, high-value B2B opportunities. This individual should possess strong commercial judgment, executive presence, disciplined sales management skills, and the ability to operate effectively across both strategic leadership and direct selling responsibilities.
Sales Leadership & Management Responsibilities
  • Lead Squeeze's overall sales strategy and execution, with accountability for achieving company new-business and revenue growth objectives.
  • Manage, coach, and develop senior sales executives and producers while establishing clear performance expectations and accountability.
  • Establish individual and team sales targets, pipeline expectations, activity standards, and performance metrics aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Conduct regular pipeline and opportunity reviews to evaluate deal quality, probability, strategy, next steps, and expected close dates.
  • Maintain visibility into the entire sales pipeline and provide leadership with accurate forecasts for new business, revenue, and expected contract execution.
  • Coach producers on prospecting, discovery, executive engagement, solution development, proposal strategy, negotiation, and closing.
  • Partner with individual producers on strategic opportunities where executive involvement can improve positioning, accelerate the sales cycle, or increase the probability of closing.
  • Develop and continuously improve Squeeze's sales methodology, processes, tools, reporting, and performance standards.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate coaching, development, accountability, or organizational changes.
  • Create a high-performance sales culture centered on ownership, disciplined execution, collaboration, and measurable results.
  • Evaluate market opportunities, verticals, strategic accounts, partnerships, and new service offerings that can contribute to Squeeze's long-term growth.
  • Partner with executive leadership to establish annual sales plans, revenue targets, resource requirements, and strategic growth priorities.
  • Provide executive leadership with market intelligence, competitive insights, pipeline analysis, performance reporting, and recommendations for future growth.
Individual Sales & Business Development Responsibilities
  • Personally develop, manage, and close a portfolio of strategic, high-value enterprise opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, senior decision-makers, and key stakeholders at prospective and existing client organizations.
  • Prospect into targeted enterprise accounts and develop relationships that create new opportunities for Squeeze.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Squeeze's client portfolio, services, and revenue through new business, strategic partnerships, and existing-account expansion.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Squeeze's Sales Experience, Business Process Outsourcing, Direct-to-Consumer, and revenue optimization solutions.
  • Consult with prospective clients to understand their business models, sales funnels, challenges, economics, and strategic objectives.
  • Develop customized solutions and compelling business cases that demonstrate measurable financial and operational value.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from initial prospecting and discovery through solution development, proposal, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Create and deliver executive-level presentations, proposals, business cases, and sales strategies.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts while protecting Squeeze's profitability, operational requirements, and strategic objectives.
  • Maintain an accurate personal pipeline and forecast while achieving individual new-business and revenue targets.
  • Represent Squeeze at industry conferences, trade shows, networking events, and executive-level business functions.
  • Partner with operations, client success, finance, legal, and executive leadership throughout the sales process to develop solutions that can be successfully implemented and scaled.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation while maintaining appropriate executive involvement with strategic clients.
  • Position Squeeze as a strategic revenue and growth partner rather than simply an outsourced service provider.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive B2B sales and business development experience, including experience in senior sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of personally generating and closing significant new business while also leading high-performing sales professionals.
  • Demonstrated success managing experienced sales executives, business development professionals, or senior individual producers.
  • Experience establishing sales targets, managing pipeline performance, forecasting revenue, and holding senior producers accountable for results.
  • Experience selling BPO, outsourced sales, contact center, customer experience, performance marketing, sales technology, or other complex business services strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with C-suite executives and senior-level decision-makers.
  • Extensive experience presenting, negotiating, and closing complex, high-value deals with executive stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand client economics, develop ROI-driven business cases, structure profitable engagements, and communicate measurable business value.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage long, complex sales cycles and multiple high-value opportunities simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and translate company growth objectives into individual and team sales priorities.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional executive and operational teams to develop customized client solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • High degree of accountability, initiative, executive presence, and comfort operating in a hands-on, performance-driven environment.
