Job description

This position is available to candidates located in Idaho
We're Squeeze, one of the fastest-growing companies in Utah and the leading Sales Experience company. We provide sales support for companies across industries including financial services, tech, healthcare, mortgage, solar, and more.
If you're competitive, coachable, and motivated by performance-based pay, this is an opportunity to earn well above typical hourly jobs.
What Will You Do?
  • Contact prospective customers who have already expressed interest in our clients' services (warm leads - no cold calling)
  • Ask qualifying questions and help determine the best next step for the customer
  • Handle fast-paced calls throughout your shift (average call length 2-4 minutes)
  • Use sales techniques and rebuttals to assist customers in staying engaged
  • Schedule appointments for customers with companies offering services like:
    • Mortgage
    • Solar
    • Healthcare
    • Debt consolidation
    • Insurance
    • Tech services
  • Receive training to develop high-demand sales and communication skills
Compensation
  • Base wage + uncapped commission
  • Earn $18-$20/hr on average, with top performers making $25+/hr through

Minimum Qualifications
