• Genesys Cloud IVR Testing
• Call Routing, Queues, Skills & CTI Validation
• DTMF / ASR / TTS Validation
• Voice Load & Performance Testing
• Call Simulation & Concurrent Call Testing
• Regression, Smoke & Functional Testing
• Python / JavaScript for Test Automation
• Test Case Design & Execution
• Defect Analysis, Troubleshooting & Reporting
