One of Arizona's premier full-service law firms is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Attorney to join its thriving Intellectual Property Practice.

The firm represents clients throughout Arizona, across the United States, and internationally in intellectual property, corporate law, litigation, real estate, and other complex legal matters.

What You'll Do

You'll handle a sophisticated intellectual property practice involving trademark matters while working directly with clients on a variety of IP issues, including:

  • Trademark prosecution
  • Trademark oppositions and cancellations
  • Brand protection and portfolio management
  • Client counseling on intellectual property strategy
  • Patent Prosecution

Experience with the following is highly desirable:

  • Patent prosecution
  • Copyright prosecution
  • Internet domain name and online intellectual property disputes
  • Licensing and technology agreements

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Intellectual Property experience in patent work
  • Strong trademark prosecution experience required
  • Experience handling trademark oppositions and cancellations
  • Active State Bar license
  • USPTO Patent Bar registration preferred
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to independently manage files while providing exceptional client service
