Job Overview

As a Full-time Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking our services. Your primary responsibility will be to gather essential information from clients, assess their needs, and guide them through the initial stages of our support process. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct initial assessments to determine client needs and eligibility for various programs and services
  • Accurately input client information into our database management system
  • Explain available services, programs, and resources to clients
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up consultations for clients with appropriate staff members
  • Maintain detailed and organized client records
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth client transitions and continuity of care
  • Assist in the development and implementation of intake procedures and policies
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving the intake process
