Full Time Intake Assessment Registered RN NOC Shift (7p - 7:30p)
Qualifications
  • Valid RN/LPT license
  • Skilled in using EMR and EHR systems
  • Experience in patient evaluation and care
  • Capability to perform intake duties in an assessment capacity
  • Facilitate nurse-to-nurse and clinical referrals
  • Manage medication consents and patient property
  • Collaborate with all healthcare providers and referring hospitals
  • Willingness to work on a rotating weekend schedule
